Welcome to All You Can Eat Dining — America’s All You Can Eat Directory!
We appreciate our visitors, restaurant owners, and business partners. Our goal is to provide an easy-to-use directory that helps people discover all-you-can-eat dining experiences throughout the United States while giving restaurants opportunities to present and promote their businesses.
These Terms of Service explain the rules and responsibilities associated with using our website and services.
By accessing or using All You Can Eat Dining, creating an account, submitting or claiming a listing, or purchasing a Premium listing plan, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. About Our Directory
All You Can Eat Dining is an independent online restaurant directory.
We provide information about restaurants and dining establishments offering all-you-can-eat, buffet, unlimited-service, and other qualifying dining experiences.
We do not own, operate, manage, or control the restaurants listed in our directory unless expressly stated otherwise.
We do not prepare or serve food, make restaurant reservations, or guarantee the quality, availability, safety, pricing, or services offered by any listed establishment.
Restaurant information is provided for general informational purposes.
2. Website Use and Eligibility
Visitors may browse our directory without purchasing a membership.
Certain features, including submitting listings, claiming restaurant ownership, managing listings, and purchasing Premium services, may require a registered account.
Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of their accounts, and use the website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use our website to submit fraudulent information, impersonate another person or business, interfere with website operations, or engage in abusive or unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect our website, users, or business operations.
3. Restaurant Listings
Restaurants may be included in our directory through publicly available business information, submissions, or other sources we consider appropriate.
Submitting a restaurant does not guarantee publication.
We reserve the right to review, approve, edit, decline, or remove listings based on our editorial standards and directory eligibility requirements.
Restaurants should offer a genuine, identifiable all-you-can-eat or qualifying unlimited dining experience.
Temporary promotions, limited-time offerings, and special events may be included or excluded at our discretion.
4. Claiming a Restaurant Listing
Restaurant owners and authorized representatives may request management access to existing listings through our Claim Listing process.
Submitting a claim does not automatically establish ownership or authorization.
We may request reasonable documentation or other information to verify a claimant’s authority.
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or transfer listing management privileges when necessary, including when competing ownership claims arise.
A claimed listing remains part of the All You Can Eat Dining directory and is subject to these Terms of Service.
Claiming a listing does not transfer ownership of the directory website, its design, software, or editorial content.
5. Responsibility for Listing Information
Restaurant owners and authorized listing managers are responsible for the information they submit, publish, or maintain.
This includes, where applicable:
- Restaurant name, address, and contact information.
- Operating hours and holiday schedules.
- Menus, dining options, prices, and special offers.
- Descriptions, photographs, and videos.
- Websites, social media profiles, and external links.
- Changes in ownership, location, operations, or business status.
Listing managers agree to review and update their information as reasonably necessary to keep it accurate and current.
All You Can Eat Dining does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of restaurant information.
We may correct, restrict, or remove information that appears inaccurate, outdated, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our directory standards.
Repeated or serious violations may result in listing restrictions, loss of Premium features, suspension, or removal.
6. Free Basic Listings
All You Can Eat Dining offers a free Basic listing option for eligible restaurants.
Basic listings provide the features described on our Listing Plans & Pricing page.
Basic listings do not have a fixed expiration date, but continued publication is subject to restaurant eligibility, compliance with these Terms, and the continued availability of our directory services.
We reserve the right to modify the features or availability of free listings, with reasonable notice when practicable.
7. Premium Listing Plans
Premium listing plans provide additional features and promotional opportunities.
Our current Premium plans are:
Premium 30: A fixed listing period of 30 days.
Premium 90: A fixed listing period of 90 days.
Both plans provide the same Premium features. The difference is the length of the purchased period.
Current prices and included features are published on our Listing Plans & Pricing page.
Premium purchases apply to the selected restaurant listing unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Premium listing services do not guarantee increased customer traffic, revenue, reservations, inquiries, or search engine rankings.
8. Payments and PayPal
All You Can Eat Dining uses PayPal as its payment processor for Premium listing purchases.
Customers may use payment methods made available by PayPal during checkout, which may include PayPal accounts, eligible credit cards, and debit cards.
Available payment methods are determined by PayPal and may vary.
All You Can Eat Dining does not store customers’ complete credit card or debit card numbers.
We may maintain payment-related business records, including transaction references, purchase amounts, dates, and listing plan details, for accounting, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Payment must be successfully completed before purchased Premium services are activated.
9. Premium Periods and Renewals
Premium listing plans are purchased for fixed periods and do not automatically renew.
Customers are not automatically charged for an additional Premium period.
At the conclusion of a paid Premium period, the listing returns to the free Basic plan, provided it remains eligible for inclusion in the directory.
Premium-only features may become unavailable or cease to be displayed when the paid period expires.
Restaurant owners may purchase another Premium period at the then-current published price.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Restaurant owners may request cancellation of Premium features and a return to the free Basic plan before their paid period expires by contacting us.
Premium plans are purchased for a fixed period. Early cancellation does not extend the purchased period or qualify for a refund or credit for unused time, except where required by applicable law.
Because Premium plans do not automatically renew, there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
If you believe a payment was duplicated, charged incorrectly, or not applied to your listing, please contact us so we can investigate.
11. Plan Changes and Additional Restaurant Locations
Changes from an active Premium 30 plan to Premium 90 and purchases for additional restaurant locations require assistance from our team.
Please contact us with your restaurant’s name, location, account email address, and the change you would like to make. We will confirm the applicable price, included services, and effective dates before sending an invoice. After payment is received, we will manually update the appropriate listings.
Each physical restaurant location requires its own listing. Purchasing Premium for one location does not automatically provide Premium features for other locations.
Multiple locations may be managed through one account when the account holder is authorized to manage them. Locations requiring separate managers with individual logins and email addresses must use separate accounts.
If a restaurant is not already in the directory, please use our Suggest a Restaurant form. Suggestions are subject to review and approval before publication.
12. Contact Us
For questions about these Terms, restaurant listings, ownership claims, Premium purchases, cancellations, or additional locations, please use our Contact Us form.
Include the restaurant’s name and location and, for account or purchase questions, the email address associated with your account. Please never include passwords or credit card details.
